Tomorrow (Tuesday, May 23), New York legend Lou Reed will headline a free concert at the grand opening of the building at 7 World Trade Center. The show, which begins at noon, will celebrate the official opening of the first new building at the World Trade Center site in its new outdoor park. The packed bill also includes jazzy electronica quartet Brazilian Girls, singer/songwriter Citizen Cope, Jewish folk troupe Pharaoh's Daughter, Americana-gospel hybrid Ollabelle and Irish Tenor Ronan Tynan, who will perform will a 60-person children's choir assembled from neighborhood schools. Jazz vibraphonist Bill Ware will open the show.
