Jaguar Love Joins Fat Possum For New LP
Aug 4, 2009
Story by: Michael Schwab

Jaguar Love, the glammy, synth-loving brainchild of Blood Brothers' dynamic vocalist Johnny Whitney and guitarist Cody Votolato, has announced that they will enter the studio later this week to begin recording their sophomore effort, a follow-up to last year's Take Me To The Sea. The Portland-based duo has also just announced that this new album, which is due out sometime next year, will be released on the Mississippi-based Fat Possum, instead of their old label Matador. Jaguar Love will be joined in the studio this month by producer John Goodmanson, who worked with the boys on the last two Blood Brothers releases, Crimes and Young Machetes. The title and release date for the new record have yet to be announced. Stay tuned for more information.
