Weston Reunites

Weston Reunites
Nov 29, 2006
Story by: Rebecca Raber

Though Weston has been dormant since disbanding in 2000, the group just announced that they will resuscitate their catchy pop-punk for a mini-tour of the Northeast. Their reunion is only three dates long; shows are scheduled in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania for the last days of 2006, including New Year’s Eve. "What better time to do something like this than around the holidays?" says singer and guitarist Jimmy Snyder. "Everybody can use a little more holiday cheer and that's what we are aiming to do." Helping the band usher in the season will be special guests like Bouncing Souls, Sticks And Stones and Latex Generation, a group whose former bassist, Tommy Rockstar, just happens to currently play in Love Down, a new project with Weston’s frontman Dave Weston. Get your tickets now because, as Rockstar, who is acting as the band’s event coordinator, says, “these are the only shows that the band is expected to be performing this year.”

Weston Tour Dates:
12/29 – Atlantic City, NY – House Of Blues*
12/30 – New York, NY – Rebel**
12/31 – Allentown, PA – Crocodile Rock***

* with Bouncing Souls
** with Sticks And Stones, Latex Generation
*** with Latex Generation, Grieving Eucalyptus
