The Shins, Wu-Tang Clan, Steve Earle and Lupe Fiasco are among those who have already committed to this year's Bumbershoot Music and Arts Festival, with more to be announced in the coming weeks. In addition to film, visual and performance arts, there will also be three comedy stages, for which performers will be announced this summer. The annual Seattle event, will take place over three days during Labor Day weekend at more than 20 indoor and outdoor venues at the Seattle Center in the downtown area. Three days passes are available now for $75, going up to $95 after August 17, and single-day tickets will go on sale July 13 for $30. www.bumbershoot.org
