One of the original Pharcyde foursome, Fatlip, will be releasing his debut solo record Theloneliest Punk on Delicious Vinyl this November 1. His first release since his split from Pharcyde in 2000, the record will come packaged with a DVD documentary directed by Spike Jonze titled What's Up Fatlip? Full of Fatlip's twisted Cali story-telling and slurred word rhymes, the album will feature guest artists Chali 2na (Jurassic 5) and Shock G/Humpty Hump (Digital Underground). In other old school revivals, Public Enemy will also be releasing their latest album this November 1. Titled New Whirl Order (Slam Jamz), the album is part of a new trilogy of records Public Enemy will unleash in 2006 including Rebirth Of A Nation (January) and How You Sell Soul To A Soulless People That Sold Their Soul (TBA).
