Following a decade-long run with the now defunct Colorado-based rock band VAUX, Adam Tymn is back at it again. His latest project, Ride The Boogie, features former Places To Park member Glenn Pinson as well as former ARKHAM members Kevin Burwick and Billy Peña. Their self-titled debut will be released through Longhair Illuminati January 15 digitally, with a physical version following in the spring. "With Ride The Boogie, I hope to take what I have learned form the ten years I spent with VAUX and make some good decisions that will keep this going for many years to come," says Tymn. "I started writing and recording songs about five years ago but when I told people that I was going to release a record by this band...I don't think anyone believed me." For the fans who can't wait for the debut LP, a track from Ride The Boogie is currently available as part of a Longhair Illuminati sampler that features five tracks from different bands on the label, available at SNOCAP for three dollars.
