This spring, neo-folk solo artist José González will partner up with Reverb to promote environmental sustainability through a green North American tour in support of his last album, In Our Nature (Mute). Reverb, a non-profit organization founded by Guster guitarist Adam Gardner and his wife, will calculate the energy efficient tour's carbon dioxide footprint and attempt to neutralize emissions through renewable energy projects. Moreover, 50 cents of each general ticket purchase will go towards Reverb's cause. Fans who just can't wait can buy pre-sale tickets here, and those who think going green is as sweet as González's acoustic guitar can tack on an additional 50 cents to support NativeEnergy's carbon dioxide offset program. Pre-sales are available through tomorrow; general sales begin January 15.
