If naming your band after a disease becomes the next trend (see this year's "wolf" band trend), NYC-via-DC groove punks Measles Mumps Rubella will be three steps ahead of everyone else. The sickly crew will be releasing their first longplayer next year on the Doubling Cube label titled Fantastic Success!. The record, which follows their acclaimed "Fountain Of Youth" single for Troubleman Unlimited, is due for release in late February and features the band's first recordings with new frontman Chuck Bettis. A March/April tour in support of Fantastic Success! is being planned.
