Blusey-British jam-rockers Gomez have a new album set for release in May, their first studio release for the Dave Matthews-founded ATO label (also home to Ben Kweller and My Morning Jacket). The record, titled How We Operate, was produced with Gil Norton, known for his work with the Pixies, among others. The band plans to enhance their performance at this year's SXSW with a good helping of new tunes. The new record is their seventh full-length, following last year's live album Out West.
