Genghis Tron, who put Agoraphobic Nosebleed and Depeche Mode into a ring and got Trent Reznor to be the ref for last year's Cloak of Love EP, are back for round two with their first full-length, Dead Mountain Mouth (Crucial Blast). The album is slated to be released on the hillariously metal date June 6 (or 06/06/06). In a statement of either hubris or warning, guitarist Hamilton Jordan said this album would "annihilate our existing repertoire," so good luck trying to buy their first EP once this thing comes out. Genghis Tron (the name refers to a mythical Mongolian robot of yore) will also be going on tour in the near future before the release of the LP. They will cover the east coast and wind up along the way in the SXSW festival in Austin, TX. Tracklist for Dead Mountain Mouth: 01. The Folding Road 02. Chapels 03. From the Aisle 04.
