London's Test Icicles announced this week that they would be calling it quits after their last London gig. This means that their US tour will not go on as planned, and the band has also cancelled their appearance at NME's award show, where they were to perform alongside Nine Black Alps. The band's label released the followings statement: "The band will play their UK tour in April, but there are currently no plans to make another album or tour beyond this." The band, whose three members are all under the age of 21, were reportedly exhausted from nonstop touring in support of their debut album, For Screening Purposes Only (Domino). Test Icicles plan to release one more single, a remix of their track, "Totally Re-fucked," on March 6.
