Gnarls Barkley, the collaboration between powerhouse producer Danger Mouse and Goodie Mob leader and "soul machine" Cee-Lo, announced that their debut record, St. Elsewhere, will drop May 2 on Downtown/Atlantic. (No word on whether Ed Begley Jr. or Howie Mandel will make cameos.) The album’s first single, "Crazy," will be released on April 10, but is already garning airplay in the UK, with the BBC calling it "the hottest song of 2006."
