If last year's deluxe, double-disc reissues of the first four Cure albums were a bit too pricey for you, fear not. Rhino Records is set to release single-disc versions of the legend's early output March 28. These issues will make up for their lack of bonus tracks with remastered sound and liner notes. The four albums seeing the light of day are 1979's previously import-only debut Three Imaginary Boys, 1980's Seventeen Seconds, 1981's Faith and 1982's cult classic Pornography. In other Cure news, the band is also working on yet another studio record and will be playing April 1 as part of the Teenage Cancer Trust Concerts series at the Royal Albert Hall in London. www.thecure.com
