Sub Pop announced this week that they've just signed a deal with Brooklyn's Oxford Collapse. The threesome already have two full-length records and an EP behind them on Kanine Records and have been touring nonstop, most recently with We Are Scientists. According to Oxford Collapse's website, the band plan to have a new LP out this fall, after taking the summer off from touring. Says the band: "I think first and foremost we are psyched to announce that we are now a part of the Sub Pop Records family. Wait, is it a family? They've certainly made us feel like it is!" Sub Pop seems to be signing bands left and right, as they had just announced the signing of Pissed Jeans a few days earlier.
